We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist – Speech, Voice & Conversational AI to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of next-generation Voice AI solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of deep learning, Generative AI, and product engineering, driving end-to-end capabilities across speech pipelines, conversational systems, and agentic AI workflows. You will act as a technical thought leader, shaping strategy, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Voice & Speech AI Architecture
Design end-to-end voice AI systems : STT, TTS, voice-to-voice, diarization, emotion detection, voice biometrics
Build real-time, scalable voice pipelines with noise handling, language detection, and streaming
Evaluate and integrate platforms such as Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Google Speech, AWS Transcribe, Azure Speech
Generative AI & Agentic AI
Architect LLM-powered conversational systems (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral)
Build Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS)
Drive prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and optimization strategies
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead solution architecture and client engagements
Define technical roadmaps, reusable accelerators, and best practices
Drive POCs to production deployments in collaboration with MLOps teams
Mentor teams on Speech AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI
Act as SME in client discussions and internal forums
Stay ahead of emerging trends in voice, LLMs, and autonomous AI systems
